Today, the Bailey construction Team is owned and operated by Chad Brannon who began his construction career in 1995 with a family owned home building company in the North Dayton area. In 2000, Chad joined Bailey Homes as job coordinator and since then has become owner and President of the Company. Chad has continued to grow the company and build a team comprised of skilled carpenters and subcontractors that maintain the same level of commitment to excellence.
